Dwight Stallings, 1, has been missing from Elk
Grove, Calif., since April 2011. Authorities say the child has not been seen by
family members and his mother, Tanisha Edwards, 35, has been unable or
unwilling to reveal what happened to him.
A $3,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the whereabouts of Dwight Stallings.
